Bartosz Krajewski — legal counsel in Warsaw

My name is Bartosz Krajewski. I am a legal counsel (radca prawny) and I run the Bartosz Krajewski Law Firm in the centre of Warsaw. My daily work covers foreigners’ cases — legalising stay and work in Poland — as well as administrative, civil, family, inheritance and criminal matters.

What I do

  • Foreigners’ cases — legalising stay and work, residence card, permanent residence and EU long-term resident status, Polish citizenship, the Pole’s Card, appeals against refusals.
  • Administrative law — proceedings before public authorities, appeals, urging letters and complaints to administrative courts.
  • Civil law and damages — payment claims, contracts, damages and compensation.
  • Family law, inheritance law and criminal law — cases where your family, assets and liberty are at stake.

What "radca prawny" means for your case

Radca prawny is a profession of public trust. I am entered on the roll of the Warsaw Bar Association of Legal Counsels (OIRP), covered by compulsory professional liability insurance, professional secrecy and disciplinary responsibility before the self-governing body. You can verify any legal counsel in the public register of legal counsels.

In practice it means one thing: your case is handled by a representative who is accountable for the quality of the submissions and may represent you before authorities and courts — not by an anonymous "adviser" with no roll entry, no professional body and no insurance.

The firm in the centre of Warsaw

The firm is located at ul. Marszałkowska 7/10 in Warsaw (00-626), a fifteen-minute walk from the Foreigners’ Affairs Department on ul. Krucza. We receive clients Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, and hold consultations on site and online — in eight languages: Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Uzbek, Arabic, Spanish and Azerbaijani.

We handle residence cases before voivodeship offices across Poland — once a power of attorney is granted, we take care of most steps without taking up your time.

Expert in the media

I also comment publicly on changes in the law — including on television, where I explained what e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia) is, who it applies to and what happens if official correspondence is ignored. We publish the full appearance with commentary in our News section.

Guides and publications

In our News section we maintain an extensive library of guides on legalising stay, the residence card, citizenship and administrative procedure — published in eight languages and updated as the rules change. It is the same knowledge we apply in our clients’ cases.
