Check if you can already file a ponaglenie

Deadlines: 60 days for temporary residence (art. 112a of the Act on Foreigners), 90 days for permanent residence and EU resident status, one month in other cases and two months in particularly complex ones (art. 35 of the Administrative Procedure Code). Time runs from filing a complete application, or from completing missing documents. A deadline ending on Saturday or Sunday moves to Monday.

Questions before you order
What exactly do I get?
For 199 PLN the firm prepares a ponaglenie under Article 37 of the Code of Administrative Procedure from your form answers, a legal counsel signs it as your attorney, and we send it to the office. You receive a copy of the letter by email on the day it is sent. The 1199 PLN package also includes a complaint about inaction to the voivodeship administrative court (WSA) — we cover the 100 PLN court fee and the 17 PLN stamp duty on the power of attorney.
When will the ponaglenie reach the office?
No later than the next business day after we receive your signed power of attorney — you sign it right after payment. On the day it goes out, you get a copy of the letter by email.
Do I have to print anything or go to the post office?
You don't have to post anything or take anything to the office. After payment you sign the power of attorney and upload a photo of it taken with your phone, or sign it electronically — that is all we need from you. The firm prepares, signs and sends the letter.
What if the office still stays silent?
The next step is a complaint about inaction to the voivodeship administrative court (WSA) — it can only be filed after a ponaglenie. The 1199 PLN package covers it: the ponaglenie and the complaint on one power of attorney, with the court fee and stamp duty paid by the firm. Neither step guarantees a decision date, but both trigger a formal review the office cannot ignore.
What language is the letter in?
Polish — as the office requires. You fill in the order form in your own language: it is available in Polish, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, Arabic, Azerbaijani and Uzbek.
Who signs the ponaglenie?
Legal counsel (radca prawny) Bartosz Krajewski — as your attorney, under the power of attorney you sign when ordering. You do not have to sign the letter yourself.
