You send photos from your phone
You photograph each document and upload it to the panel. We check file by file and tell you immediately what to fix — before it reaches the office.
We file and run the case
The application goes electronically through MOS. We watch the deadlines, answer official requests and, when the office stays silent, file an urging letter.

Why filing on your own so often ends with an official request
Since 27 April 2026 a residence card application is filed exclusively online through MOS — a paper one is left unprocessed. Then come the formal gaps: a scan without certification, a missing signature in the right section, a foreign-language document without a sworn translation. The office then sends a request with a short deadline, and missing it means the case is left unprocessed — you lose the fee and months of waiting. We describe the MOS rules separately, but in practice handing the case to a law firm costs less than filing twice.
Who this service is for
We remotely handle temporary residence permits (work, studies, family, business), permanent residence and EU long-term resident status, extensions, a change of employer and citizenship cases. You do not have to live in Warsaw — we run cases across the country, and our office on Marszalkowska is available if you prefer to meet in person.
When you must appear in person
Once — to give your fingerprints. The office calls you in after the application is filed; we prepare the whole set and tell you exactly what to bring. What happens after fingerprints and how long the card takes then is explained in a separate article.
How working in the client panel looks
Every document has its own status in the panel: to be attached, under verification, accepted, or to be completed with a comment on what to fix. You see the progress of the case and the history of correspondence, and you get an e-mail when something changes. No need to call and ask where things stand.
